How To Enroll
Start Here
Set Up Your Benefitfocus Account
- Go to aeobenefits.hrintouch.com and click on the “Create an account” link.
- Follow the instructions to set up your username and password.
Ways To Enroll
You have different ways you can enroll for your benefits.
Online
If you’re on the AEO Network
- Go to the single-sign-on link here. You’ll also find this link at the top of every page – look for the “Enroll or View Your Benefits” button.
- If you’ve already set up your Benefitfocus account, you won’t need to log in.
- Click on the “Get started” button.
If you’re not on the AEO Network
- Go to aeobenefits.hrintouch.com. Log in with your username and password. If you can’t remember it, select “Can’t access your account?”
- Click on the “Get started” button.
Mobile App
Log in to the Benefitplace mobile app (company code: aeobenefits).
Other Ways To Enroll
You can also log in to the Benefitfocus portal through AEO2GO or Nest. You’ll enter your username and password once, and then you can access Benefitfocus with one click.
