How It Works

Meet with an attorney

With the MetLife Legal Plan, you can meet with network attorneys in person, by phone or by email. Your monthly premium covers unlimited access for any legal matter covered by the plan.

Stay in network if possible

You can choose from one of MetLife’s network of prequalified attorneys, or use an attorney outside the network and be reimbursed some of the cost. There are no copays, deductibles or claim forms when you use a network attorney for a covered matter.

Use the tools

You can use online tools to handle some questions on your own. Even if you don’t enroll, MetLife Legal offers a self-help document library to help you complete simple legal forms that you can access with an account.
