AEO pays the full cost of your Care.com membership. With your Care.com membership, you can get help locating child, adult and pet caregivers, housekeeping services and more.

Caregiver Bridge Program
The Caregiver Bridge Program (available if you’re enrolled in a Cigna medical plan) provides support to help you care for aging loved ones, adults or children living with acute or chronic conditions. These conditions include dementia, cancer, kidney disease, cerebrovascular conditions like stroke, and cardiovascular conditions like congestive heart failure.
Find help to manage the emotional stresses and everyday challenges of caregiving through self-led online programs, webinars and 1-on-1 behavioral health coaching.

Family and Fertility Benefits
Associates Enrolled in an AEO Medical Plan
If you’re enrolled in an AEO medical plan, you have access to inclusive fertility and family-building benefits through Progyny to help you start building your family in the way that is right for you. Progyny provides fertility support for same-sex couples, male infertility and single parents looking to start a family, as well as adoption and surrogacy support. You will have unlimited access to a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA), who will be with you throughout your entire journey.
Cigna and Kaiser Permanente may also offer additional benefits. Contact your medical plan carrier for more details.

All US. full-time associates are eligible for these Progyny benefits:
- Surrogacy and donor reimbursement assistance: Up to a $30,000 lifetime benefit
- Doula reimbursement: Up to $2,500
- Adoption reimbursement assistance: Up to a $24,000 lifetime benefit

Maternity Program
Cigna
If you’re enrolled in a Cigna medical plan, start your journey to motherhood with the Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program. You can earn incentives, which you’ll receive in your paycheck. The amount you receive depends on when you enroll in the program, up to a maximum incentive of $500:
- Enroll in first trimester: $400
- Enroll in second trimester: $200
- Complete a postpartum call: $100
In addition to the incentives, you’ll also receive supportive benefits like personalized support from a coach and live help 24 hours a day.

Kaiser Permanente
If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan, you can earn an incentive for participating in their Maternity Care/Pregnancy Program. Attend an online or in-person class during your first trimester and earn $400, or $200 if you complete the class in your second trimester.

Breastmilk Shipping and Storage
If you’re a full-time associate traveling for AEO-related business, you’re eligible for a $500 reimbursement for your breastmilk shipping and storage needs. Vendors include Milkstork, Save the Milk and It’s My Leche. Reimbursements can be submitted in Concur.
