Life is full of ups and downs. Our mental health benefits are designed to help you get the support you need.

Mindfulness has been shown to help you stress less, increase focus and sleep more soundly. Meditation helps you to be more mindful. Headspace is your personal guide, with hundreds of meditations and exercises for sleep, focus, and movement.

The Headspace app offers evidence-based meditation and mindfulness tools, as well as mental health coaching. You’ll get tips to help you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and happiness. You and two friends or family members (age 18 or older) can download the app for free.

All Headspace materials are available in English, Spanish and French.  Headspace is building out more languages and content daily, so stay tuned.
