Get paid for taking steps toward better health!
The Cigna wellness program provides incentives when you complete wellness activities from January 1, 2025–December 31, 2025.
How It Works

You’re eligible if you’re enrolled in an AEO medical plan
You must be enrolled in an AEO medical plan to receive incentives. The wellness program is administered by Cigna.

Complete your health assessment
You must complete a Health Assessment before you can start earning other incentives. You’ll earn $50 for completing the Health Assessment. Go to myCigna.com (select “Well-Being” and click on “Health Assessment”).

Earn other incentives
You earn incentives when you complete certain wellness activities, such as getting a biometric screening or preventive screening. See the chart below for details.

Redeem your incentives for gift cards
Once you earn incentives, you can redeem them for gift cards.

Pregnancy Incentives
Having a baby? If you’re enrolled in an AEO medical plan, you can earn incentives for participating in a pregnancy program. You’ll receive these incentives in your paycheck.
Cigna
Start your journey to motherhood with the Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program. You can earn incentives, which you’ll receive in your paycheck. The amount you receive depends on when you enroll in the program.
- Enroll in first trimester: $400
- Enroll in second trimester: $200
- Complete a postpartum call: $100
Total Maximum Incentive Payout: $500
To receive the incentive, call 800-615-2906 and speak to a maternity nurse. The Cigna nurse will update your record once complete.
Kaiser Permanente
You can earn an incentive for participating in the Kaiser Permanente Maternity Care/Pregnancy Program. Complete an online or in-person class during the first trimester and earn $400, or earn $200 if you complete the class in the second trimester.
